What Doselio is
Doselio is an organizing tool for your medication and wellness records. It is built to do three things well:
- Keep your records in one place — medications, doses, symptoms, sleep, appointments, providers, pharmacies, insurance, allergies, surgeries, vaccinations, and family history.
- Speed up check-in — when you walk into an appointment, urgent care, or the ER, everything the staff routinely asks for is one tap away.
- Keep that information accurate — entered once, updated as things change, and exportable as JSON, CSV, or Markdown so you can share a clean record with a clinician.
What Doselio is not
Doselio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. It does not suggest dose changes, check for drug interactions or allergies, interpret symptoms, or score readings. It is not a clinical decision support tool and it is not a substitute for a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Privacy & data status
- Your medications, logs, and personal info are stored locally in your browser via
localStorage. Nothing you enter is sent to a server or shared with a third party. - Doselio makes no outbound requests with your health data. There are no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party integrations. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Clearing site data, switching browsers, or using private windows will erase everything.

- What is Doselio for?
- Doselio is an organizing tool. It keeps your medications, doses, symptoms, sleep, appointments, providers, pharmacies, and insurance information in one place so you can answer the questions a clinician asks at check-in without scrambling. The goal is to make your records faster to share and more accurate over time.
- Does Doselio give medical advice or recommendations?
- No. Doselio does not suggest medications, dose changes, or treatments. It does not interpret symptoms, score readings, or warn about interactions. It is a place to write down what you and your clinician have already decided, and to keep that record current.
- Does Doselio check for drug interactions or allergies?
- No. Doselio does not run interaction checks, allergy checks, or any other clinical analysis. Talk to a pharmacist or prescriber for that. You can record your allergies and the medications you take in Doselio so that information is easy to share at an appointment.
- Where is my data stored?
- In your browser, on this device only. Doselio is a static web application and does not have a database of users. Nothing you enter is sent to a server or shared with a third party. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- How does Doselio help at a doctor's visit?
- Open Doselio on your phone in the waiting room. Your current medication list, allergies, surgeries, conditions, recent symptoms, sleep summary, and insurance info are already filled in from the last time you used it. You can read directly from it when the nurse asks, or export a summary to send to your provider.
- What happens if I lose my phone or clear my browser data?
- Your Doselio data is erased. Because everything is stored on your device, Doselio cannot restore it for you. Export a JSON backup from Settings periodically if you want a copy you control.
- Is Doselio free?
- Yes. Doselio is free to use and has no accounts, no subscriptions, and no advertising.
